Touchtime User Agreement

The ownership and operational rights of Touchtime are vested in Bethel Oguzierem. In these Terms of Service, we are referred to as "Touchtime ." and occasionally as "us". By using Tap Time products and services, you are agreeing to the following terms of use.

Scope of use

Touchtime is solely for personal, non-commercial use by users. If you want to sell Touchtime or any materials, services, or software related to or derived from Touchtime, you must obtain permission from Touchtime. If users have any comments or suggestions for improving Touchtime, please feel free to contact us. Please note that if you do so, you will also grant Touchtime and third parties the right to use and incorporate users' suggestions or opinions in Touchtime or third-party software without compensation.

Product intellectual property

The user acknowledges that Touchtime company has all rights to Touchtime, including but not limited to all intellectual property rights. "Intellectual Property Rights" refers to all rights and all applications, updates, extensions, and restorations thereof, as stipulated in patent law, copyright law, trade secret law, trademark law, and anti-unfair competition law, whether currently in force or hereafter implemented and validated worldwide. The user agrees not to modify, adapt, translate Touchtime, create derivative works of Touchtime, or obtain source code from Touchtime through decompilation, reverse engineering, disassembly, or other means. The user agrees not to delete, cover or alter the copyright notice, trademark or other proprietary notices of Touchtime or any third party.

Service Change

Touchtime reserves the right to change, interrupt or terminate the service at any time without notice to the user. The user accepts Touchtime's right to change, interrupt, or terminate the service, and Touchtime is not responsible for the user or third parties.

Limitation of Liability

The user understands and agrees to download and use Touchtime and all third-party software provided with or through Touchtime at their own risk, and shall be solely responsible for any damage to the computer system or loss of data caused by downloading or using Touchtime and such third-party software. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Touchtime expressly disclaims any other type of warranty, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties and liability for merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, accuracy, completeness, freedom from viruses, and freedom from errors.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Touchtime and its licensors will not make the following statements or guarantees to you:
Your use of the service will meet your needs;
Your use of the service will be continuous, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or free of errors;
Any information obtained by you through the use of related services is accurate and reliable;
Any operational or functional defects in any software provided to you as part of the relevant service will be corrected.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable laws, Touchtime shall not be liable for any accidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages or claims arising from the use of Touchtime by users or in any way related to Tap Time's products and services, including but not limited to damages caused by personal injury, privacy leakage, failure to fulfill any responsibilities including integrity or reasonable care, negligence, and any other monetary or other losses. The act of user uploading means that the copyright owner of the user or user agent authorizes Touchtime and its affiliates to store the content on Touchtime's servers, but the user or original copyright owner still retains the copyright of the uploaded work, and Touchtime may not publish the uploaded work on other public channels without the permission of the user or original copyright owner. If users use Touchtime in conjunction with services provided by other Touchtime companies or their affiliates, they should also comply with the corresponding terms of service.

Safeguards and Legal Protection

The user agrees to protect and maintain the interests of Tap Time, and is responsible for paying the attorney fees, damages, government penalties, and other tort compensation costs incurred by the user's violation of these service terms or other service terms of Touchtime.
The above terms will be subject to the law and interpreted in accordance with it. In case of any dispute, legal means can be taken to resolve it.
